case and flower pattern are made of wood with a mirrored glass behind it. This
silent clock gives an oriental feeling to your home. It runs on 1 AA battery

The courier himself was lovely, and let me inspect the mirror to ensure it wasn’t broken or faulty before he left. The mirror wasn’t quite right for the space intended, but the returns process was so easy. They responded to emails in minutes and were so friendly. Really amazing customer service. I ordered a different mirror from them there and then, simply based on how great their response was. I’ve recently had an awful experience with another mirror company, and I’m still in a battle with them for a refund as their mirror turned up broken, so James Taylor was an absolute delight to deal with. Have already recommended to a few friends who have got new places and need mirrors. Will definitely be a returning customer.
