update to the below – the mirror has since been collected and I have been issued a full refund. I am currently awaiting a replacement mirror to be delivered which I will hopefully recieve in April. Despite the initial problems I will amend my review because the company have been helpful in resolving matter and ensuring I am satisfied. I have been compensated for the issues and delays and I just hope the 3rd delivery is as it is supposed to be.I purchased a mirror and it was damaged, the glass was scratched in several places. I contacted customer services immediately.and they were very helpful in sending me another, assuring me that the replacement would go through quality control checks to ensure it doesn’t happen again. I got the second mirror after about a week. It was even more scratched than the first. Contacted customer services again and now I have to store this second damaged mirror until the delivery driver will be in my area to collect. I also have to wait 2-4 weeks for a replacement as it’s now out of stock. Overall, the mirror is lovely, customer service is great however, its just a shame that the quality of the item is ridiculously poor. Be prepared to send several emails, store large damaged items for a while and wait a long time to get what you paid for! I also left a review on the website but it disappeared immediately!
