I never usually take the time to leave a review but this is an absolutely exceptional company and a standard other ecom companies should aspire to. We’ve ordered mirrors from a number of different suppliers over the years and constantly had issues regarding communication and more importantly damages in transit. Countless mirrors turned up cracked or completely smashed. Since discovering James Taylor we have ordered 3 large mirrors from them, all beautiful designs, high quality and reasonably priced. What’s clear is you are paying a slight premium due to their delivery model but I absolutely agree that it just works. As a customer there is nothing more frustrating than waiting in all day to receive a large format product via a national courier, immediately discovering it’s damaged and then having to find somewhere to store it whilst you arrange a return. Instead with James Taylor you get a dedicated delivery driver who provides more than adequate communication ahead of the delivery day and a call prior to delivery. The product is clearly not handled multiple times and is securely packed hence I’ve not had a single issue regards damage. Put simply they are first class and I wouldn’t buy a mirror from anywhere else.
